All CarbonTool plans include unlimited users at no additional cost. The price you see is the price you pay, regardless of how many people in your organisation use the platform. This is a structural decision. Sustainability data should be accessible to finance, operations, procurement and legal without each seat becoming a budget conversation.
After three years, your loyalty discount reaches its maximum of 30% and stays there permanently. It does not reset, expire or require renegotiation. If the published list price changes after you have locked your rate, your discounted price is calculated from your original list price, not the new one. Your rate is fixed.
Onboarding is structured expert time with a GHGMI-certified consultant. €400 for 6 hours (Core), €800 for 12 hours (Pro) or €1,200 for 20 hours (Enterprise). It covers boundary definition, emission source setup, data import and your first reporting cycle. It is optional because Pathfinder guides the same process for teams that prefer to work independently. Expert consulting beyond onboarding is available at €70 per hour on all paid plans.
The Starter plan gives you 30 days of full platform access with no credit card required. It covers Scope 1 and 2 measurement using the core emission source templates. At the end of 30 days, you can upgrade to a paid plan or let the trial lapse, your data is retained for 90 days if you decide to return. There is no auto-charge and no sales call required to start.
